Learning Resource Center

To support the Allied Health Sciences programs housed at the Metro campus, the Learning Resource Center (LRC) was established in 2012. Located on the first floor in suite 106, the LRC offers over 850 books, 11 periodicals, three computers for student use, and three study tables. Students are able to send print jobs to the Allied Health Sciences Tutorial Lab (Suite 105). Additional resources are available at the University Library.

Additional Resources

SUSLA University Library building from entrance

Since some of the Allied Health Sciences and Nursing programs are housed on the Martin Luther King, Jr. Campus, additional resources are located at the University Library. All Dental Hygiene books are at this location, as well as additional copies and older editions of works relevant to the other Allied Health Sciences programs.

The bulk of the audiovisual materials are housed here, and the computer lab on the second floor of the University Library is available for instructors to reserve for class use and testing.
